Brooke has been working as a Physiotherapist in the Niagara region for over 14 years. She attended Queen’s University for her undergraduate degree and graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters of Physical Therapy in 2011. Her long-standing passion for running has fueled her interest in human movement and physical fitness. She believes continuing education is an essential component to her physical therapy practice and stays up to date on current best practice. She utilizes one-on-one, hands-on assessment and treatment techniques, while focusing on functional mobility and active rehabilitation. She has a special interest in women’s health and is specialized in pelvic floor rehabilitation. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Lauren Hastey

Since her earliest days, Lauren has always been a girl in motion - from competitive baseball and volleyball to enjoying golf, stand up paddle boarding and hiking.

After suffering a debilitating back injury, Lauren turned to Pilates to help strengthen and heal herself. Through the lengthy rehabilitation process, she found a new love and understanding for Pilates. She knew she wanted to share her therapeutic healing experience with others and help people achieve a better quality of life.

She recently completed her training in Mat and Reformer Pilates and is looking forward to helping you get back to the things you love.
